When you use RoastSong, you may provide a photo, a friend's name, written context, roast level, music style, singer preference, and support messages.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We may collect app and service data needed to operate RoastSong, including an install identifier, device attestation data, generation status, subscription status, IP-derived request metadata, logs, and basic diagnostics.

3. Generated Songs and Share Pages

RoastSong may store generated lyrics, audio files, uploaded photos, and share links so you can play and share completed songs. Anyone with a share link may be able to view that share page unless you delete or remove it.

4. How We Use Information

  • Generate songs, lyrics, audio, and share pages.
  • Operate app authentication, abuse prevention, and rate limits.
  • Process subscriptions and account status through Apple.
  • Respond to support requests and improve product quality.
  • Detect outages, fraud, misuse, and technical failures.

5. Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate RoastSong, including cloud hosting, storage, database, AI generation, audio generation, analytics, support, and Apple App Store services. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

6. Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive subscription status and transaction-related information needed to unlock paid features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

7. Cookies and Website Data

This static website does not need cookies to work. Cloudflare may process standard request logs and security data when serving the website.

8. Retention

We keep information as long as needed to operate RoastSong, maintain share links, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the service. You may ask us to delete content associated with you.

9. Your Choices

You can choose not to upload a photo or optional context. You can avoid sharing generated links. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable law gives you those rights.

10. Children

RoastSong is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload photos or personal information of children unless you have appropriate permission and the use is lawful.

11. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
